Prepare Digital Files From Software
Draw what you need in it
Use Illustrator or Coreldraw to draw lines for the letters/signs. Save as .ai or .plt format.
Our Engineer can help you learn the software.

Get a Channel Letter Bending Machine
Alu/SS Letter bending machine
Use a channel letter bending machine for fast and accurate letter side creation.
Our Engineer will assist you in using this machine.

Get a Laser Machine for Cutting Sheets
Sheet Cutting machine
Use a channel letter bending machine for fast and accurate letter face & back creation.
Better use Acrylic or Stainless Steel for face; Use PVC for back.

Glue/Weld Letter Side & Face Together
Assemble Channel Letter
If you choose aluminum side and plastic face, you need glue to make them together.
If you choose stainless steel side and stainless steel face, you need to weld them together.

Glue LED On Letter Back
Get Letter Back Ready
Get the letter backs in step 06. Glue LED and cables on the back.

Put Everything Together
Ignore if want to screw on the wall
Glue parts together.
If you want to screw the back directly onto wall, please ignore this step.

Glue/Screw Channel Letter On Wall
Put Channel Letter On Clients’ Store front.
Glue is strong enough for most channel letters.
But if you want to use screws, please first screw the letter back and then screw letter face & letter side on the back.
